The Spicy Fig Bistro restaurant is the newest restaurant in Dashwood with its wonderful Lebanese food. Jess became a nearly instant fan. Samir, the owner, is the sweetest man, welcoming everyone in with a big smile and a hearty hello. His son and head server, Anwar, on the other hand, is not friendly and always looks like he’d rather be elsewhere.
When the elder Saad turns up dead, the family asks Jess, the crime fighting chef, to help find his killers.
