Cynthia writes two series. Reigning Cats & Dogs Mystery Series features veterinarian Jessica Popper and her 4 legged friends, Westie, Max, Lou the Dalmatian, aging pussycat Catherine the Great, Tinkerbell, a tiger kitten, Prometheus, a Blue and Gold Macaw and a chameleon Leilani. Cynthia also writes the new series, Murder Packs a Suitcase Mystery Series which features Mallory Marlowe, a recent widow who is a travel writer. Cynthia Baxter writes the Lickety Splits Mystery Series which starts in March 2018 and is set in New York. Kate McKay had doubts about swapping her high-powered life in Manhattan for Wolfert’s Roost, the quaint Hudson Valley village where she grew up. But when she moves back to care for her ailing grandmother, Kate decides to start fresh and indulge her dream of running an ice cream shop. As Cynthia Blair she wrote the young adults series Pratt Twins Mystery Series. The last book in this series was published in 1991.
