Helen Hawthorne has a new job off the books at Page Turners bookstore in Fort Lauderdale. It’s run by the awful Page Turner III. His enemies would fill volumes. When Page turns up dead in the bed of Helen’s wacky neighbor, Peggy, Helen has to save her friend to save herself. The key to the killing is in the bookstore -- if Helen can only read between the lines.
