Lauren is an amateur sleuth. Linda writes the Superstition Mystery Series which starts in October 2014 and is set in California. It features Rory Chasen and her dog Pluckie. When her beloved fiancé walks under a ladder and is killed by a car five minutes later Rory needs closure and moves to a town called Destiny, where superstitions are a way of life. She also writes the Barkery & Biscuits Mystery series which starts in May 2015. It features veterinary technician Carrie Kennersly, who purchases a bakery from a friend who is about to leave town. Linda also wrote the Kendra Ballantyne Pet sitter Mystery series which ended in 2010. It featured pet sitter and attorney Kendra Ballantyne. Linda also writes romance suspense novels.
